On 15 December 2019, Jacqueline Denivelle-Desthomas presented her book “Le Roman d’Essendi\u00e9ras” at the Clubhouse du Golf. The book tells the impressive story of the families who have lived on the estate and how it has evolved over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Essendi\u00e9ras novel is the only work to recount the events that took place in the lands known as Essendi\u00e9ras. Through this novel, we discover not only the history of this place in the heart of the P\u00e9rigord, but also the characters who have contributed to its development over the centuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Domaine d’Essendi\u00e9ras as we see it today is the fruit of a rich history. The walls of its properties have been home to many families and illustrious figures such as Andr\u00e9 Maurois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discover the history of the Pasquet, Malet de la Jorie, Pouquet and de Caillavet families, as well as the Maurois family and the arrival of Sylvain Floirat and the Bakker family.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
